1. Sweepstakes Period:  The DiGiorno Chaotic Good ‘Stakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 17, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 26, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Marvel, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, Fandango Media, LLC, Element London Ltd. (“Prize Supplier”) or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Released Entities"), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter:  To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, scan the Sweepstakes QR Code with your smartphone which will take you to digiorno.com/deadpoolandwolverine (“Website”) or directly visit the Website and follow the instructions to provide your complete first and last name, mailing address (including Zip Code, no P.O. boxes) and email address, then click “Submit”. Following the foregoing instructions will provide you with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Base Entry”). Limit one (1) Base Entry per person.
   
   To receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes, entrants who have submitted a Base Entry can purchase any DiGiorno Pizza product during the Sweepstakes Period (each a “Qualifying Purchase”), then visit the Website, sign-in and upload a photo of the receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, and the date on which the Qualifying Purchase was made (“Receipt Entry”). Receipts must be dated during the Sweepstakes Period. Any receipt can only be submitted one time. Receipts and photos of receipts cannot be sold, bartered, or traded. Any receipt or photo of receipt obtained by unauthorized or illegitimate means, or which has been altered or modified, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, will be void and entrant will not receive a Receipt Entry for such submission. Be sure to keep your original receipt as Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to require proof of actual purchase. Photos of receipts must be in an image file (.jpg, .png, etc) and less than 5 MB in size, must be in focus/readable, and the receipt may not be wrinkled, skewed or crumpled. Once a receipt(s) is uploaded, entrant will receive an email within 24 hours indicating the status of the receipt and confirming Receipt Entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing.
4. TO RECEIVE RECEIPT ENTRIES INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE: To receive Receipt Entries without making a Qualifying Purchase, entrants can handprint their complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card/paper and mail in it in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: DiGiorno Chaotic Good ‘Stakes Sweepstakes Mail-in Entry c/o Brandmovers, Inc., P.O. Box 1807, Clayton, GA, 30525, to be postmarked no later than August 26, 2024 and received by September 3, 2024. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped, outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions and stamped entries will not be accepted. The Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, postage-due, mutilated, stolen or misdirected mailing of any mail-in entries.
   
   Limit five (5) Receipt Entries per entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
   
   BASE ENTRIES AND RECEIPT ENTRIES, WILL BE REFERRED TO HEREIN AS AN “ENTRY” OR “ENTRIES.” LIMIT SIX (6) TOTAL ENTRIES PER ENTRANT.If more than the stated Entry limit is received from the same person, home address, and/or email address for any entry method, then the Entries may, at Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one email address or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one email address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant, in Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive, postage-due, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s and Administrator’s discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries received through any tampering (cheating), or foul play will render that entrant ineligible to receive any prize(s) and may result in entrant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor’s other promotions in the future, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their Entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor and Administrator may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete Entries and Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used for Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned an account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
5. Drawing and Winner Notification: One (1) Grand Prize Winner, one thousand two hundred and fifty (1,250) First Prize Winners, and five hundred (500) Second Prize winners  will be selected on or about September 4, 2024 by Administrator via a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner is considered a “potential” winner pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
   
   Each First Prize (as described below) will be shipped via U.S. mail to the address as provided at time of Entry, and the First Prize winners will be notified upon shipping of their First Prize.Shipping of First Prizes at Sponsor expense. Winners acknowledge that once a First Prize has shipped, Sponsor has no control over delivery or delivery time, and any loss or theft of First Prize once delivered will be the responsibility of the First Prize winner, and no replacement First Prize will be supplied. All First Prizes in connection with the Sweepstakes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and Sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of First Prizes.
   
   Each Second Prize (as described below) will be sent to the email address as provided at time of Entry.
   
   Administrator will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify the potential Grand Prize winner at the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Potential Grand Prize winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure of potential Grand Prize winner to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may result in disqualification and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign a winner’s agreement and release (“Winner Release”) and return it by the date specified in Administrator’s notification, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of Grand Prize) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor and Administrator may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor or Administrator in the notification, or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate Grand Prize winners will be selected, after which the Grand Prize shall remain unawarded. Grand Prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules
   
   If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner may be disqualified. Released Entities are not responsible for any change of address or email address of any entrant. Limit one (1) Prize per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
   
   The Released Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's device to receive messages.
   
   Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Grand Prize Winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize –  A one-thousand dollar ($1,000) cash prize (awarded as a check to Grand Prize winner) and a trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. Trip includes: roundtrip coach airfare from major airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; five (5) nights’ accommodations in a private luxury rental house (“House”) with a pool in the Hollywood Hills area (actual House and House location to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion); the opportunity for Grand Prize winner and Guest to sample the new DiGiorno limited-edition Deadpool & Wolverine pizzas along with a private showing of Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine movie at House; the opportunity for Grand Prize winner and Guest to attend a stunt masterclass (“Class”); a driver led, fifty (50) minute tour of the Sunset Strip (“Tour”); a photo hot spot tour of Los Angeles (“Photo Tour”); the opportunity for Grand Prize winner and Guest to participate in a guided hike to the Hollywood Sign (“Hike”); the opportunity for Grand Prize winner and Guest to attend a Los Angeles area sporting event (“Game”). Trip includes ground transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest between Grand Prize winner’s residence and airport, between Los Angeles area airport and House, and between House and Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game. Grand Prize winner (only) will receive fifty-two (52) free DiGiorno pizzas, awarded in the form of VIP coupons (up to $12.99 each); and Grand Prize winner (only) will also receive the five (5) giant pool floats and LED party speaker from House. Grand Prize ARV: $15,575. Coupons exclude sales tax. Coupons are subject to the expiration date and terms and conditions set forth thereon.
   
   Locations and times of Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. In the event the Grand Prize winner resides within a 150-mile radius of Los Angeles, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare, and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel will be at the risk of Grand Prize winner and Guest. If a Grand Prize element, including, but not limited to Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game attendance, is not available for any reason, as determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion, then the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded. Date and/or time of Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game are subject to change and/or cancellation. Grand Prize winner and Guest agree to abide by all Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game rules, regulations and requirements. Travel, House, Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game arrangements will be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion. All travel elements must be booked and redeemed at the same time, and no changes shall be permitted after confirmation. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Additional restrictions may apply. Except as indicated above, no other travel elements (including, without limitation, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, etc.) are included in Grand Prize. Airline tickets are subject to availability. Airline tickets are non-refundable and are not valid for business-related or group travel. Airline tickets are valid only for travel on the airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline tickets will be issued only to Grand Prize and Guest. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any tax liability, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued photo identification and passport) prior to departure. Travel, Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, and Game arrangements must be made through Prize Supplier. Released Entities are not responsible for airline seat assignments, special meals, check-in procedures, and baggage limitations. Released Entities shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element Grand Prize and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Grand Prize Winner and Guest specifically release Released Entities from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or from personal injuries or death, or from loss or delay, arising out of the acts, omissions, or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel or other providers of services or facilities. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to take trip and/or attend Class, Hike, Tour, Photo Tour, or Game without a Guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest will be required to execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, the “Guest Release”), which must be returned with the Winner’s Release, or Guest portion of Grand Prize may be forfeited. Guest must be the age of majority in his or her state of residency as of the first date of travel or Grand Prize Winner must be the Guest’s parent or legal guardian and must complete and return the Guest Release on behalf of such minor Guest.
   
   One thousand two hundred and fifty (1,250) First Prizes: - An oven mitt, a pizza cutter, and an apron. ARV: $27.
   
   Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes - Each Second Prize winner will receive a Fandango Promotional Code (“Code”) via e-mail good towards the purchase of 2 movie tickets ($12.50 per ticket, up to $25 total price and associate fees and charges) to see Deadpool & Wolverine at Fandango partner theaters in the U.S. Code is void if not redeemed by 12/31/24 or when Deadpool & Wolverine is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app for movie tickets to see Deadpool & Wolverine and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded. ARV: $25. Codes cannot be staked or combined. Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC or its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Sweepstakes.    The total ARV of all prizes is $61,825. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed in these Official Rules. No substitutions of prizes, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Publicity Grant: Except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation, notification, or permission.
8. Privacy:  Any information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 9. Limitations of Liability and Release: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, Messages, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that, Released Entities and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction.. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11. Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the redemption of a prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Arlington County, VA under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Virginia state or federal court judge who shall follow Virginia law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Arlington County, VA including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Entities shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Arlington County, VA. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arlington County, VA; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Virginia.
